super, tasty breakfast with a loving touch!
I don’t consider myself the best cook. But I do think I have nack for making things ‘look pretty’. Below is a great breakfast recipe that is low fat, balanced and nutritious.
Maria’s wholesome Breakfast!
7 egg whites
1 whole egg
5 small potatoes totaling 1 cup (I sliced them very thinly)
1/2 onion
1 tomatoe
1 slice soy cheese
salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste
