A Peaceful Diet.

Posted by Maria Kang on September 18, 2006

I read The World Peace Diet book a few months ago after attending the author’s seminar. While eating healthy and monitoring caloric intake was key for me in my constant quest to build a  better body…I knew that something was still ‘missing.’ In an effort to ‘cleanse’ my system and align my values with the foods I consumed, I committed myself to a diet that eliminated all animal products (excluding eggs and dairy). I am a proponent of being connected, living humanely and revering everything in your life. Today, I revere the food I eat, and I have a deep respect from where it came from. Understanding this essential connection will also help you love the food that God Made.
