There’s a New, Hot Trainer in town!

The Biggest Loser premiered tonight…and while I admittedly haven’t watched it religiously, I do love the strength in weight loss this show promotes. This year, they are retiring Jillian Michaels and have brought on one of my favorite fitness competitors, Kim Lyons!

She is beautiful, articulate, fit and inspiring. It’s good to see IFBB Professionals representing well in mainstream media.
