Highly Recommended, super, duper, uper Books~!
I am an avid reader and love, love, love being able to walk to any bookstore and library, and feel the world open up to me because I am able to learn anything I want by purely reading about it. Below are books that I have read and highly recommend. If you consider yourself to be an anti-reader, I suggest you find a subject you are intereseted in, in this case: fitness, and start reading. You’ll enjoy it!
When I read this book, I started eating more raw foods and salads. When I did that, my whole colon was cleansed and I felt 10x better than I ever had before. This book is a classic. I highly recommend it if you are interested in learning about your colon and how to live cleaner.

I read this book a long time ago and was astonished at how much manipulation goes into not only the processed foods we are ‘addicted’ to eating - but also how much mutilation and immorality occurs with the animals we feast on. This is a fast read - I read it in a few days because it was so interesting!

I did the challenge 2x - especially when I first starting learning how to work out. I still hold many of its principles such as HITT Training, protein and carb meals and 45 minute strength workouts in my weekly training.

This is a very comprehensive look at our diets today and the consequences it places on our diet. I loved this book because it added a lot of statistics and studies - things that most diet books don’t provide. It also swayed my opinion in changing my dietary habits that included animal protein.

This is an ‘extra’ book since it doesn’t really discuss fitness persay - it actually discusses living in the ‘present’ moment and finding happiness through conscious living.
