Protein Power Dessert!
I found this old recipe from last year when I took a trip to Tahoe with my former boyfriend! The key to making things look good, taste great and be worthwhile is to take some time to prepare it and deliciously decorate your serving plate!
To satisfy our sweet tooth, I crumbled up one of my home made bars…added some fat free whip cream, and no calorie Walden Farms pancake syrup and I cut one apple cinnamon rice cake to make a delicious, high protein, low calorie dessert.!
