Yummy Protein Bars!
Here are some altenatives to eating with a sweet-tooth. This is a recipe of actual protein bars I made from my owk kitchen!
Ingredients:
4 cups all bran Kellogs buds
1/2 Cup Peanut butter
1 cup soy milk
5 scoops whey protein
1 cup dry oatmeal
I also sprinkled flax on the bottom of tray and protein powder on top of the bars.
Nutritional Breakdown is approx 250-300 calories per slice (cut into 12) and has a 30-40-40 breakdown.
