Fun ways to be Fit!
I’m a huge fan of group classes and have enjoyed the variety of options that are open to the masses now that fitness is becoming more and more critical in our daily lives.
There are two things that I preach when it comes to having a successful program: utilizing your nervous system in a challenging exercise - and making sure that ‘exercise’ is fun. Fitness is a movement, an action: it doesn’t have to be running on a treadmill or lifting dumb bells at the gym….it can be climbing a staircase, dancing at a club or walking your dog.
Some of my favorite programs in gyms right now are:

Urban Stripping

Bosu

Belly Dancing or Bhangra
And anything else that lasts only 30 minutes!
