I HATE Sugar Alcohols!
After abstinating from sugar alcohols while abroad, I realized how much better my body felt staying away from chemically induced foods! I was always soo bloated whenever I added Splenda, Nutra Sweet and Equal to my diet. My stomach was always hurting and it only increased my cravings for the real thing.
I used to chew sugar free gum, add splenda to coffee, home made protein bars, etc. But now I’m trying everything to get it out of my system.
Now, when I am hungry for something sweet, I eat a piece of fruit. It’s natural. It’s healthy and it’s way better for me vs. eating something “sugar free.”
I am a subscriber to Dr. Mercola’s newsletter. Actually like him! In his latest efforts to cure obesity throughout the world, he talks a lot about Splenda and the history of it’s creation and deception to the public. I found it intriguing and I suggest everyone else who cares about their health take a look and think about altering their diets to be more natural and holistic.

So what about tea? What can I add to it to make it drinkable, if not splenda?
I suggest you use honey. It’s natural and sweet. Regardless of the additional sugar intake, nothing is worse than putting bad crap in your body.
