What I think about the Atkins Diet….
I hate it. I tried it years ago in college - and after 3 weeks, initial weight loss (mostly water) and no bowel movement, I was done!
I do not believe in eliminating an entire nutrition source out of your diet. In my experience, I realize that the best thing to do is be moderate…it may take a while to lose weight but at least you set habits that will last a lifetime.
Plus! Bad breath is not cool!!
