Do YOU know you’re FAT?

Around one fifth of overweight Americans may not realize they need to lose weight–and neither do many of their physicians, according to new research.

There are many indications besides having diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure that determine whether or not someone is fat.

Fitness and Runway Models don’t exactly fit the epitome of health and fitness. In fact, most are underweight or understarved. Even those who are of ‘normal’ size consider themselves healthy but really are not.
