I hope everyone has a great New Years Eve tonight~! One of the biggest things I will be thinking about while dining, wining and having a ball is what I want to LOOK and FEEL like January 1st. So DO NOT overdo it. Have fun and God Bless All of YOU!

CHEERS TO 2007!!!!!!! 

Bernadette Bedard began her passion for design in 1987 after she graduated from the Fashion Design and Merchandising at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.  Recently, I’ve been noticing some awesome competitors in her designs: which include Monica Brant and  Alicia Marie, to name a couple.

I’ve always known that contest suits were in desparate need of a design overhaul – and nothing adds ‘uniqueness’ like a little bit of bling. Check out her crystal coutour suits here.

Nothing will motivate you like stepping on stage in a bikini! If you are RIGHT THERE – and have developed muscles you want to show off in a few months, then I suggest you get  your competition suit and get on stage at one of my favorite fitness competitions.

Poster Model, Past winner, Mother and Muscle Tech Athlete, Katie Uter is an all time favorite of mine. Not only is she an inspiration but super, super sweet as well!

The more you give the more you receive. For those who are interested in ramping up your New Year’s Resolutions by giving to those less fortunate – I suggest you select a charity of your passion and GIVE TODAY!

There is no better way to show gratitude, than to give to those less fortunate. 

This is another HUGE reason why I am NOT eating anymore meat products. Can you imagine eating something that wasn’t even created by God? That is sick. The FDA should be ashamed of themselves!!

Milk and meat products from cloned cattle, pigs and goats are safe for consumers to eat, according to a Food and Drug Administration document obtained by Reuters Thursday. Read Wired News’ article here.
