Apples are one of my favorite fruits! Not only does it have tons of fiber and filled with lots of water, good vitamins and minerals - but it’s a healthy way to get your sugar fix! Apple consumption also reduces blood cholesterol, improves bowel function, reduces risk of stroke, prostate cancer, Type II diabetes and asthma! The Benefits of eating whole, natural, fruits are endless!
