Accomplish your goals with S.P.E.E.D.
The best way to determine your position on the field is to track your habits/actions. Since I was in fifth grade I’ve used different journals to assist me in everything: my workout charts, my diet journals, my personal diaries, my professional planners and my dream documentations.Lately, I’ve been leaning on my personal invention of the acronym: S.P.E.E.D. to set and complete life and fitness goals.
I firmly believe that your ability to quickly absorb information, access the problem, create a solution and execute in a focused action is what supports the success module. S.P.E.E.D represents focused strength, mind power, prepared execution and accomplished success. My definition of SPEED is defined in simple war map form:
S: Set the Goal
P: Plan the Attack
E: Envision the Battle
E: Execute the Action
D: Deliver the Goods.
So SET the goal to lose 10lbs, gain muscle, run a marathon, etc.
PLAN the attack by creating a calendar of ‘trainings’ that will prepare you for your final goal arrival.
ENVISION the process by visualizing not only how it will feel and be like when you fulfill your goal. Also envision future challenges an how you will overcome them.
EXECUTE the plan and create the actions. Don’t be the person who says they will do something and never execute. Taking Action is a religious activity.
Consistenly DELIVERING the completion of goals will eventually get you to big fat one!
GOOD LUCK! Read my full SPEED article here.

Get to your GOAL as FAST as you can.
