wooohooo!!! Happy, Super, Duper 2007!!
Good January Morning Everyone! I’m sure EVERYONE is resolving to nip their fitness program in the butt starting today! A lot of my focus will be on tips, recipes, motivation and role models this next week.
Today I am focusing on DETOXING. If you don’t know what that means – or if you’ve ever done one, I suggest you do! When you detox you are eliminating toxins out of your body and allowing your digestive system to relax and take a break! Since I haven’t been eating enough fiber, not drinking enough water and had alcohol and indulged in ‘non-healthy foods’ last night, what better way to start the new year than with a neice 24 hour detox!(I usually cannot do it more than one day. But my goal this year is to try it for at least 3-5 days)
Similar to FASTING, when I detox I only drink water and I DO NOT eat anything processed. If I should eat, it is a organic apple or vegetable.
