Happy National Spaghetti Day!

Pasta isn’t THAT bad for you! It’s all about portion sizing and the ingredients you put into your pasta.

Below is a penne pasta dish (not exactly spaghetti but similar!) Where I substituted a ton of items:

Ingredients:
Low Carb, all wheat penne pasta
Tofu Meatballs
Peas
Brocolli
Salsa and some Ketchup to taste
