So I purchased a few books these last couple days and one of the books I was drawn to was “RAW FOOD LIFE FORCE ENERGY”. While my diet doesn’t focus entirely on raw foods, I have noticed a significant change in my energy levels once I started incorporating 2 raw food meals in my daily diet.

It is always important to remember that anything that has ‘life’ has ‘energy’ inside of it. Food is fuel - and in order to get the most bang for your buck, you want to consume foods that are filled with nutrients, vitamins and all the good stuff that makes you glow.
