Do YOU have an EATING PERSONALITY TYPE?
So we’ve heard all the Type A’s, B’s and D Personality Types…but do you have a TYPE E (for eating! I just made that up of course:-) Personality Type?) And does your eating personality matter in this fitness game?
My thoughts? YES your eating personality DOES MATTER. Why? Because in order to understand your challenges, you have to understand YOU. Where do you excel, where do you fall short? What can you do to overcome those challenges once you’ve noted your failures?
In this eating personality test, you can figure out if you are a:

- night time nosher
- fruitless feaster
- swing dieter
