Just kidding.

I hate diets. I don’t like them at all. Everyone I know who has ever been on a diet has “yo yo’d” back and some! You absolutely cannot abstinate from an entire food group or do a 180 on your diet and lifestyle for a brief amount a time and expect the results to last forever.

In order to make permanent, positive and real progressive changes…you need to change your lifestyle. NO JOKE.

The best way to change your body is one day at a time. For some, it’s one meal at a time.

If you want to win a big war, you’ve got to break it down into small battles. The more you win, the more you will develop the strengths to overcome all future challenges. So if you’re goal is to be healthy and look great for the rest of your life - then you’ve got to think about a grand plan and not just a 4 week plan.
