WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!

My site is now up and running!!!! I want to express a special, heart felt, sincere THANK YOU to Thomas Tran for helping me ‘give birth’ to this site one more time. woooohoooo!!

I recently ran into Thomas at my local gym - where we had communicated via email as strangers earlier last year regarding questions on fitness! Interesting how life works in miraculous ways!!

After undergoing a huge physical, personal and spiritual transformation himself, I feel very blessed to have his presence in my life during all my yesterday’s, but most especially today. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!
