I made “DIET CHEESECAKE” THIS WEEKEND!!
The other weekend, Tracy had given the Vivalafitness members a recipe for “Diet Cheescake”.
Ingredients:
Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
6 Strawberries
Reduced Fat Graham cracker crust
Directions:
Brush an egg on the crust and bake in oven for 5 minutes
While crust is in oven, blend the cottage cheese and a tsp. of sugar free jello
After crust is cooled, pour blended cottage cheese into pie and place in refrigerator to harden a bit.
Slice strawberries and place on top!
