What is EXERCISE BULIMIA?

Posted by Maria Kang on February 2nd, 2007

Exercise Bulimia - everyone’s sorta heard of it, but I don’t think it was ever used in modern day language as an actual ‘term’. However - we’ve seen those people: our friends and peers who obsessively talk about weight, food and exercise non-stop!
Basically, an exercise bulimic person thinks in terms of:

1 cookie = 1 hour of cardio

slice of bread = 45 minutes of running

IF YOU EQUATE FOOD WITH EXERCISE… Your mind is occupied on numbers, exercise and eating…THEN you’ve got some symptoms of Exercise Bulimia.

This Exercise Bulimia News Report talks about how most Eating disorders are accompanied by excessive exercise. Makes sense?! Right?!  I know A LOT OF PEOPLE who exercise after having consumed a large meal - or those whose starve the next day - or those who think about every evil calorie in everything. It’s sick because their brain is sick…sick of being overworked and controlled over images, things and ideas that our outside of their free-will way of thinking.

Are YOU in control of your body?
or is YOUR BODY in control of you?
