I like Lee Labrada. Really
He has proven to be an industry leader and fitness role model. Also, I recently tried his Rockin Roll protein bar and it was dee-lish! Most recently, he wrote an article on bodybuilding.com, discussing all the reasons why people never see results! I loved this article because it was an easy read and he kept it ‘basic’.
Some of his advice includes stepping up on intensity, overtraining, under performing, overeating and lack of motivation.
