TrimSpa is ATTACKED!!!
And Thank God for this class action intervention! Last month, the Federal Trade Commission announced TrimSpa would pay $1.5 million to settle allegations that the company’s weight-loss claims were unsubstantiated.
This recent court battle claims that the marketing of weight loss pill is false and misleading.
The very second I heard Anna Nicole Smith saying: “Trimspa Baby..” I wanted to puke. Seriously. There is absolutely no way she lost so much weight by popping a pill.
My personal opinion is that she lost weight by:
a. Having Gastric Bypass
b. Working under strict supervision of a trainer, nutritionist and surgeon.
c. Taking (and probably still takes) illegal drugs which induce weight loss (ie. crack, meth, etc.)

People who endorse products they’ve never used suck.
Hopefully this will be the beginning of the exposure of many false claims.

Maria,
I have a question of you. Have you heard of NV? It’s pretty new and endorsed by Carmen Electra. Anyway, I kinda want to take it for the beauty aspects of it, but I’m scared of it too.
