LOOK! It’s an Aussie Diet Cheesecake!!
Well…not exactly! But I did get this awesome picture from an Australian reader, Fiona, who also used “Tracy’s Diet Cheesecake” recipe I had used to make my healthy, high protein version of it last weekend!
She altered the recipe a bit by:
- crumbling low fat/carb biscuits and mixed it with some apple juice for the crust. (they didnn’t have the reduced fat keebler version I used down south)
- added light cream cheese to the cottage cheese mix. (she didn’t have enough cottage cheese!)
Apparently it was deee-lish! Looking at this makes me want to make it all over again this week!! Enjoy!

I think Fiona’s version looks prettier than mines?
