Well…in about 2 weeks they will be!

There’s one Ironman Contest that focuses on swimming, biking and running – and then….there’s THE IRONMAN FIT EXPO!

If you wanna smell baby oil, see damaged skin and half naked girls, THIS is the place to be February 16-18th! J/K!

The IFBB Iron Man Pro Bodybuilding is the biggest and longest-running IFBB professional bodybuilding event on the West Coast. It is the only pro show in Los Angeles, the Mecca of bodybuilding. The top 3 finalists will qualify to compete in the next Mr. Olympia. The NPC Figure Competition features the most beautiful female bodies in the country.

FOR the umpteenth time, I am NOT attending, unless I change plans last minute. However, if you are planning to attend here is some ticket information:

Ticket Prices:
Judging ($40)
Finals ($75, $50)
TheFitExpo ($13 daily or $25 for 3 days)
After Party ($25)
