are you a “Yo Yo” ??

Who is a ‘yo yo’? You are a ‘yo yo’ when you starve, eat, binge, starve, eat, binge - and your weight fluctuates like crazy. It is not healthy…and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to tell you that what it does to your internal organs and body machine is not safe AT ALL.

What’s unfortunate, however, is that we see it ALL The TIME. With celebrities who gain and lose weight for roles…for competitors who are ripped ‘on season’ then turn into a mere shadow of their fit self during the ‘off season.’ Some celebrities look great at the beginning of the year during award show season and summer…then gain back weight during the fall and winter seasons…just to diet all over again!

Avoid the ‘yo yo’ diet by finding a perfect weight that fits into your healthy lifestyle. STAY there…all of us have an innate number where we should all be at weight and body fat wise. If you try to fight it, your body will only fight you back.
