Make a Loving Valentine’s Breakfast…that’s healthy!!

Posted by Maria Kang on February 13, 2007

I’m a sucker for romance – and I whole heartedly admit to making these meals for my inspirational ex-boyfriend, Louis Dorman, on every day BUT Valentine’s Day! (I can say this because it was an amicable break up) ;-)

It’s important to recognize your mate every day of the year and especially support him/her in their fitness endeavors.

I want to note that these meals ONLY TOOK around 10 minutes to make. REALLY! And when I showed it to him, he was always shocked! These recipes (and more) were originally posted in a thread on Oxygen’s Forum’s last year.
Some Healthy Preparation Tips:
- Cut Strawberries or tomatoes into hearts by dividing in half and slicing a ‘v’ on the top
- Write words with anything ‘jelly’
- Shape mold-able foods like oatmeal into loving shapes.
- Use nonstick spray or olive oil to cook and sautee
- Place on tray/dish/plate ornately.
