Tips on how to STOP eating Junk Food..

Just like my ‘how to build your fitness career on myspace‘ I was sorta inspired by the mediocre tips given on ehow.com on ‘how ot plan to avoid junk food.’

Some of their tips include:
- not having junk at home
- eating grilled meats
- focus on eating healthy foods
- store large quanities of ready-prepared meals in the refrigerator.

I actually like these tips! However, I do think that a very novice person wrote these tips considering there are more specific ways to avoid junk food.

Here are my real tips to avoid junk food:

1. Put soap and water into any tube/box/bag of food you are over-indulging in.
2. As soon as you start to overeat, STOP and get rid of it ASAP.
3. Write your goal down and place it EVERYWHERE you go.
4. TELL everyone you are dieting down to hold you accountable!
5. Make it a habit NOT to snack in front of the television.
6. When you are hungry DRINK water.
7. Remember these 2 sayings:
“Nothing tastes better than being fit”

“You’re not hungry when you’re sleeping”
