Joyce Meyer’s new Fitness Magazine “BE your best”

Posted by Maria Kang on February 20th, 2007

I was browsing through my usual sections at the grocery store and picked up Joyce Meyer’s newest magazine. My thoughts? LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!

For the last couple years I’ve been trying to find a spiritual balance between my physical body and spiritual beliefs. Anyone who reads anything I write knows that I try my hardest to find reverence in all things I do and especially consume!  One of the biggest things that I loved about this magazine is that she talks about her own ‘failures’ in her life…her struggles..and most importantly, how she relates health and religion.

We both agree that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT…you will eventually become everything that you consume. Watch out if you are eating ‘dead’ foods, animals that have died obesed, drugged and stressed. Be Alive. And take care of your temple. Once you see this physical journey as a spiritual awakening…I honestly believe that you will find a testament of who you are in the travel.

On Newstands RIGHT NOW!!

I would like to subscribe to the Joyce Meyers Magazine, how can I do that?

I would suggest you go to her website - also, you can pick it up at most grocery and book stores.
