If you are NOT bearing fruit from a tree then….
..according to Joyce Meyer, you need to begin planting somewhere else. It’s hard, but it’s necessary if you are training and dieting and lacking in actual results.
When I read that statement in “Be your best” yesterday I was haunted with that statement. As detailed in my personal journals, in these last few weeks I’ve been persistent in my workouts and my work, but am losing ‘motivation’ from the lack of actual results. Today I realize more fully that I really need to have the strength to ‘let go’ of things that are no longer giving me energy – but instead just taking my energy.
I’ve been known to be extra persistent on challenges, but I’ve also been equally known to walk away from something without looking back.
From this lesson I’ve compiled some of the tricks I will use for the nest 29 days to spark up on my fitness routine and get my body fine tuned for the summer time.
Here are some of the things you can do to change your workout routine:
- Extend your cardio
- Add “High Intensity Training” to your cardio workouts
- Begin Strength Training (if you haven’t already)
- Add super and triple sets
- Adjust your eating habits
- Eat less carbs
- Consume more protein
- Take new group exercise classes
- Train at a different time of day
- Hire a trainer
- Stop eating 3 hours prior to sleeping
- Sleep more and get more rest
- Stop drinking on weekends
- Cut your fat days
- Stop your cheat meals
- Write everything you eat down
*** Find a NEW motivation that you can envision when training hard~!

Nothing is worst than loving a dead tree that bears no fruit.
