What is your ACTION PLAN??
For some people, they like to write down their goals for the week. For driven people like myself, you need to write down ‘action’ words versus passive goals.
Each week it’s important to consciously think about what you’ve accomplished last week – and what you need to accomplish this week – in order to accomplish the big, fat goal you want to achieve in the next few months.
In an effort to start consolidating my efforts online, I’m going to start shifting my online fitness journals onto the fitnesscure.com site.
What are examples of active goals?
If you want to lose weight say:
- Eat 5 small meals today
- Plan tomorrow’s meal plan
- Go shopping for food every Sunday and Thursday
- Train 20 minutes minimum each day
- Say a positive prayer every morning
EVERY action word is dependent upon your personal goals and personal strengths/weaknesses.
You can either post online or in your personal journal. I suggest you start today!
