Here are Tips to get your Kids and YOU to eat more Veggies from the ADA in my condensed version!
- Ask them what fruits and veggies are their favorites
- Have kids choose their veggies at the grocery store
- Cook with them and make it fun!
- Give them control by allowing them to make their own salads
- Pick a sweet dressing kids would like
