Maria’s Action Plan April 2 – 9
So last week I didn’t perform cardio 2x like I wanted to – mostly because I got my period on Wednesday!
In fact, My goal by Thursday is to write an article on female cycles and its effects on fitness as well as finish my speed article.
However, I did train every day and was able to attend IHRSA – which I absolutely loved!!!!
My goal this week is to:
1. Drink more water in the evenings
2. Focus on 4 and 6 week plan.
3. PLAN! PLAN! PLAN!
4. Cardio 2x/day only ONE time this week.
Sunday – Circuit Training
Monday – Back/Core – HITT Run
Tuesday – Legs – Bike
Wednesday – Chest/Shoulders – Stair
Thursday – Cardio 2x - Glutes/Hips – Plyo workout/ Bike
Friday – Arms – Stair/Run
Saturday – Cardio/Abs
