Bob Widman is an amazing man. Not only is he 53 years old, but after battling some setbacks in his training towards his first show…he did it! And he placed 6 out of 10 competitors!!!

I love Bob! Why? Because he unites the fitness community, he’s a fitness role model and he ENDS ALL HIS POSTS WITH: “FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS.”
