Friday the 13th and the Arc Trainer!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes! It is that crazy, scary day of the year when the 13th of the month falls on a Friday! Did anyone LOVE those Freddy Kruger movies? NAH, me neither…it was too scary!!
Today is also Chuck LeMar (of Cybex International) birthday! woohoo!
Cybex is one of the best commercial equipment suppliers for the fitness industry. I especially love, love, love their arc trainer and heavy duty strength equipment.
At the IHRSA convention the other week…He doesn’t look a day past 45!!

This is one of my FAVORITE pieces of cardio equipment. It works my glutes and is easy on the knees! Ask your gym if they have an ARC trainer in their facility!
