ADD water, carbs and sugar into this competitor’s lean machine and see how it looks!
Weight fluctuations (drastic ones) during the off/on season is not cool.
We all know this one: the person who looks soooo in shape for around 6 months out of the year…then looks terribly fat for 3 months and is ‘in training’ to lean up for 3 months. I don’t know about other people (girls in particular) but weight fluctuations doesn’t exactly tickle my pickle. I like looking lean and svelt all year long. Unfortunately, the material we see in magazines and in other media sources are NOT positive considering most ‘diet plans’ you see promoted are short term and in now way long term or meant for the average person. The key to continuous weight loss is moderation, portion control and exercise.
