Motivate Yourself to get FIT this MONDAY.

Yes! It is Monday!!!

I am tired, fatigued and undergoing a sugar coma from this past weekend. I admit, I ate not so good…why? Because I am MODERATE. I also am NOT PERFECT. and…I have an absolutely sick weakness for sugar and wine!

So! Today is the beginning the week and its all our jobs to take care of the one instrument we truly own.

Here are some things I do to motivate myself:

1. I write down my action plan for the day

2. I envision how I want to look and feel like

3. I create short term achievable goals

4. I just start moving and I TELL MYSELF that if I’m not into it after 20 minutes…I can stop. (which I never do.)

5. I start THINKING like my role model – I think about how they train, what they eat, how they view themselves…

6. I stop thinking and JUST START MOVING.


NO SERIOUSLY. JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
