4th of July Healthy Breakfast!
Last year I made this super, healthy breakfast for 4th of July! Isn’t it cute?!!
Ingredients:
2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 egg whites
.5 soy cheese
.25 apple sliced thinly
tsp ketchup
5 strawberries
.5 cup oatmeal
I’m all about presentation – so make sure you slice your cheese, dice your strawberries and make sure your hands are clean!!
This fun meal is approximately 400 calories.
