wooohoooo!! It’s MONDAY!. Let’s WORK OUT!

Happy, Happy Monday!!!!

I’ve been getting some awesome feedback from y’all and I wanted to let you know that in these next few weeks I plan on:

- interviewing more people who inspire the world. (don’t we all love stories?!!)

- expose more in detail what my training program is like and more tricks/tips
- more pictures of our favorite people!! I will find them…somewhere?!!!

Right now I am usually at the gym but had babysitting duty last night! That means I am sleep deprived, a bit moody, tired and absolutely not motivated to train today.

BUT! I will – and I will tell y’all about it later.

Have a super, awesome, Monday. Be happy! Get Excited! And start moving!! After all, if you still have legs, arms and a beating heart, it behooves you to start using it!!!
