Weekly Workout Schedule: August 12-19
Okay – so I had a terrible weekend. Although I can’t use the word ‘terrible’ because I’m way too optimistic for that word. Let me re-phrase: I had an ‘awesome, sugar-filled, weekend!”
For the first time in 2 years I ate a donut. LOL! Seriously. It was a blueberry fritter. YUMMY! And I wasn’t drunk – Actually, I went out on Friday and Saturday and had nothing more than one drink both nights. I’m very good at having fun without assistance from alcohol!
So – right now, it’s Tuesday, my tummy is finally starting to heal and now I’m preparing for a nice week full of routine, hard workouts and focus, focus, focus!
few things:
- sleeping is getting better. NOW, I have to admit, Im getting a bit unmotivated to get up. I just have a lot of projects in my mind and they are NO WHERE close to being finished or a quarter completed. It makes me sad, but I get up and get going anyways…
- I am going to attempt to drop my carbs at night – like, a salad at 830 pm and that’s it! I’ve been known to cheat EVERY DAY. What is cheating? A tiny cookie here and there to keep me sane (again, I have an all or nothing personality I battle daily)
- I’ve really enjoyed performing cardio on the weight floor instead of cardio machines. I do a bunch of step ups, plyos, jumps, etc. Try it!
Here are my goals this week:
1. Eat at 9 -12-3-5-830
2. Protein shake at 12 and 5
3. Think Positive. Have enthusiasm. Focus on short and long term goals!
4. Cardio 2x/day – 2x this week
5. Circuit Training - 4 times this week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
Workout Schedule

Sunday: REST
Monday: Chest/Back – Stair 40
Tuesday: Shoulders/core - Stair20, Dance Class
Wednesday: Cardio 2x: 1 hour/ Kickboxing
Thursday: Cardio 2x: AM RUN – Arms/core – Kickboxing
Friday: Full Body – Bike
Saturday: Bleacher RUN
