7 Healthy Things you SHOULD have in your car
Here are some healthy tools I seriously have RIGHT NOW in my car. Since I’m ‘always on the go’ and often am either: hungry, thirsty or in need of some workout shoes, it’s always important to be fully prepared!
Here are 7 tips for those who are trying to be MORE Healthy:
1. Bring a water bottle every where you go
2. Have group x classes schedule printed and stored in your glove compartment.
3. Have a gift card from starbucks (for whenever you need a caffeine pick me up)
4. Have songs to play prior to getting to the gym to get yourself going. (some of the artists I listen to right now include Timbaland, Justin Timberlake and Fergie)
5. Have a box full of extra shoes, socks and workout clothes in the back seat of your car at all times.
6. Keep a can of nuts (don’t leave protein bars in the trunk. It will melt!)
7. Have some individual packets of protein and a shaker cup for emergencies.

What’s in your trunk?

I’ve cleaned my car since then (mostly took out the books) but as you can see, I have protein, glutamine, myoplex packets, a hat, fitness magazines and a box of shoes. I am crazy!
