Maria’s Weekly Workout Schedule: August 26- Sept 2

It is 3:47am right now. I am awake because I am witnessing the 2nd Total Lunar Eclipse of this year. This means a couple things. Firstly, I will be VERY tired tomorrow as I go about my day. And Secondly, I will be very, very tired when I train in about 3 hours. WOW! Am I crazy?

No. I am consistent. ;-)

Last week I completed all my goals EXCEPT for training on Friday. I was sooo busy and very exhausted that day. I was running around like a headless chicken so I absolutely needed to take that day off. Anyways, I went to the California State Fair in 4 inch heels, so if that isn’t called a workout, I don’t know what is!

My goals this week is simple. I plan on training really hard until Friday. (I am going to a Christian Conference in LA this weekend. wooohoo!) So! I will be very focused on professional/physical goals up until then.

WORKOUT SCHEDULE: 

Sunday REST
Monday one hour cardio on stair climber – core
Tuesday CARDIO 2x: AM cardio/plyo/core – PM dance/(chest/back) circuit training
Wednesday CARDIO 2x: AM cardio – PM kickboxing/(shoulders/legs) circuit training
Thursday CARDIO 2x: AM cardio/core – PM kickboxing/ (arms/legs) circuit training
Friday AM RUN
Saturday AM Cardio
