Maria’s Weekly Workout Schedule: September 9-15

I post my workout schedules on Tuesday or Wednesday…not because I’m lazy, but believe it or not, I need some time to COMMIT to something. SO I need to test out my Mon/Tues before I know exactly how the rest of the week is going to play out! LOL!

Seriously!

In the past I would’ve known the week before what I would do this week…but I’m in “I’ll know when I know” kind of mode.

I really want to shock my body this week (even though it HAS been very sore lately) So I decided to start running! It all began yesterday evening when I ditched dance class (because I was unsure about the instructor) and went running bleachers instead! One of the hardest cardio exercises for me to perform is running…so that’s my goal! TO RUN!

I also want to take up Salsa Dancing since I tried it last week and loved it! So if you are my friend and reading this, don’t be surprised if you get texted an invitation to join me Friday night for some dancing! NO alcohol!!

Goals this week:

1. RUN minimum 2 miles 5 days this week!
2. 3 days circuit training
3. 3 days perform cardio 2x/day
4. Protein shake 1x/day
5. Have a consistent sleeping schedule! Sleep by 11 – awake by 6am!
6. Walk my dog more after dinner in the evenings – 2x minimum this week.
7. Moderate meals – no ‘fat’ meals.
8. REST MORE!!!

Sunday REST
Monday Stairmaster
Tuesday Cardio 2x: Chest/Back Circuit – Stairclimb – PM RUN
Wednesday Shoulder/Glutes Circuit – RUN/Kickboxing
Thursday Cardio 2x: Stairclimb – PM RUN
Friday Cardio 2x: Arms Circuit – AM RUN/Kickboxing – SALSA DANCING AT NIGHT!
Saturday: AM Kickboxing Class
