I wanted to focus today on the ‘follow through’ because more recently, I’ve been challenged with people who fail to commit, who fear to commit and who commit and don’t follow through. For Example, Yesterday I DID NOT want to workout, but I did. I never regret having done so after completing my exercise routine. I knew that in order to get to my long term goal, I need to focus on that vision and follow through on small daily acts to get met to that one ‘big act’. So FOLLOW THROUGH today. If you say you’re going to do something. DO IT. Just do it. Don’t think hard. Just do it.
