240 calorie Power Breakfast!
I cook egg whites 95% of the time for breakfast. SO – when I serve it to others, I like to “present” it in a way that makes it look not only delicious, but way more than 200 calories!!
Check out this breakfast I made my mommy!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 apple (40 calories)
1/2 cup oatmeal (100 calories)
4 egg whites (64 calories)
1 soy cheese (35 calories)
