Fitness Motivation:
The ‘fight in the dog’…what does that mean? That means the energy that sits and brews in your belly. That means the desire, the thirst, the hunger that resides in your mind, body and spirit to be all you can be. The ‘fight in the dog’ means the invisible power inside yourself to win any battle that you apply force upon. All of us have that in us. All of us are fighting to be ‘who we are’ every day. So be who you are – fight this fitness battle – and be your best self starting now.
