“Perseverance is failing 9 times and succeeding the 10th.
Fitness Motivation:
It took me a long time to stop doing a lot of things: drinking a protein shake/day, training at night, waking at 6am, eating 5 small meals, losing just 2 pounds…Some days I do well, some days I fail, but I never, ever give up. It’s a frustrating push to change old habits and create new ones. After all, altering your physical body is ALL about changing your habits and the mind that brought you to your physical body in the first place. You hear great stories of brilliant inventors and successful athletes who have overcome huge odds to accomplish their feats. As you struggle with your plans, get frustrated at the scale and fail to follow your diet, know that as long as you understand what prevented you from success this time, you can now be prepared for the next time. Any endeavor in life requires faith, reflection, alteration and action. So keep trekking…and never take your eye off the prize!
