Weekly Workout Schedule: October 7-15
I haven’t posted this in a bit because I’ve been soooo busy and my schedule has been unforgiving in terms of when/where I can train. I have worked out every day (except for Sunday) since my arrival back in Sacramento from the Olympia. Since I plan on being in either SF or Sac for the next couple weeks, I can confidently write down some goals I know I will hit.
Goals:
1. Drink a protein shake/day
2. Eat every 3 hours (200-300 calories)
3. Lower carb intake at night
4. Stretch in morning
5. Jog/Walk with Tiger more
6. Start waking promptly at 6am – sleeping at 12
Workout Schedule:
Sunday REST
Monday REST
Tuesday Stair -Core/Circuit Training
Wednesday AM Stairclimb – Kickboxing/Circuit Training
Thursday AM Stairclimb – Kickboxing/Circuit Training
Friday – RUN/Plyomentrics/Core
Saturday Kick boxing Class/Core
** The key is my diet. I haven’t been good about eating every 3 hours and minimizing carbs. I also have ’small cheats’ to keep me sane. My goal is to lean up about 10 pounds of fat and have a consistent eating routine that is realistic long term. PLEASE do not follow my schedule if you are NEW to working out. Some other things to note about my schedule:
1. I perform cardio 2x – 3x a week. Why? Because I love training in the mornings and can’t perform my weight training in the AM. So I divided my workouts and decided if I’m there in the evening, then Why Not? Let’s add another cardio session!
2. Circuit Training is (1) Chest/Back/Legs/ Core (2) Shoulders/Legs/Core (3) Arms/Legs/Core It consists of high reps, lots of stability moves, plyometrics, small rests and lasts for about 40 minutes.
