Fitness Motivation:
Are you struggling with your goals? Do you lack a positive attitude? Are you frustrated? Are you challenged?…….then GOOD! If it was easy, everyone would be able to do it, right? Persistence. Focus. Vision. Write those words down in addition to your goals for this week. As you plan, execute and deliver, always remember that the wrong attitude will distract you from your physical ambitions.
