Daily Fitness Motivation - October 22

Fitness Motivation:
Everyone starts off the week with a goal to eat right, exercise more and take their daily supplements…

But at the end of the week, you either git’er done, or you didn’t.

As we begin Monday, know that having drive is key …but instilling focused determination is what will make you follow through. Think about following through when you are tired from work, when you forgot to pack your lunch, when you failed to wake up on time…

Think about determinaton and following through as you write down your weekly goals and say: “I am going to do WHATEVER it takes to git’er done.”

Seriously.

The people who make their life goals are those who followed through on small, simplistic tasks efficiently, effectively and most importantly: consistently!
